Carla Paton is a certified life coach through Erickson College, Art and Science of Coaching program. Clients who partner with Carla receive coaching services built around sound business, marketing and problem solving expertise combined with proven solution focused NLP coaching methodologies from a Christian worldview.
Carla has accumulated over twenty years experience in management, marketing, engineering and various project leadership positions, since receiving her mechanical engineering degree in 1987.

Having transitioned careers several times, she has experienced both the challenges and the rewards of stretching beyond her comfort zone to achieve the things she is passionate about. As a working parent, Carla realizes the importance of maintaining balance in all areas of life, and enjoys helping others achieve the same.
Carla resides in New York's Hudson Valley with her husband of twenty years. Together they have two children and a granddaughter. Outside of work, she actively volunteers her time in support of local community programs and church ministries.
